Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon butter or margarine
- 2 button mushrooms (sliced)
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
- Shredded cheese (optional)
- Green onions or fresh herb of choice chopped, as garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Grease ramekins with butter or margarine
- Add eggs, spices, herbs, hot sauce and mushrooms in ramekin and mix well.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top
- Place ramekin in the oven at 3750 degrees for 20 minutes
- Let the cake cool for 5 minutes
- Garnish with chopped cilantro
